Athlete Overview
A list of connected athletes with basic profile information — position, graduation year, and overall recruiting status at a glance.
Coach HQ
High school coaches often want to support their athletes through the recruiting process but do not have an easy way to see where things stand. Coach HQ gives coaches a clear, organized view of their athletes' activity.
How it works
High school coaches who use Coach HQ share a unique team code with their athletes' families. When a family enters the code in URecruit HQ, the coach gets a read-only view of that athlete's recruiting workspace — their school list, camp schedule, and activity log.
The family stays in full control. The coach sees the picture without needing to manage it. And when it is time to write a recruiting letter, make a call to a college coach, or advise a family on which camps to attend, the coach has the context to do it well.

Coach shares their team code
Each coach has a unique invite code they can share with athletes and families they want to connect with.
Family enters the code in URecruit HQ
When a family enters the coach's team code, the athlete's workspace becomes visible to that coach in read-only mode.
Coach sees the recruiting picture
The coach can view the athlete's school list, camp plan, and activity log — and can offer guidance based on what is actually happening, not what they assume is happening.
Coach view
Coach HQ is designed to give coaches the context they need without overwhelming them with data they do not have time to manage.
A list of connected athletes with basic profile information — position, graduation year, and overall recruiting status at a glance.
See which programs each athlete is targeting, at what division level, and what the family's current level of interest is in each program.
View upcoming camps and whether they are connected to schools on the athlete's target list. Coaches can quickly see whether the camp schedule is aligned with the recruiting goals.
A summary of recent coach interactions — follows, questionnaires, calls, and other signals — so the high school coach knows which college programs are actively engaged.
See where each athlete is in the recruiting journey — early visibility, active outreach, evaluation, or decision — so guidance can be calibrated to the moment.
Coaches can only view. They cannot edit the family's data, contact college coaches through the platform, or change any information in the athlete's workspace. The family controls the record.
Why it matters
Most high school coaches want to help their athletes get recruited. What gets in the way is not effort — it is information. When a coach does not know which schools a family is serious about, they cannot write a useful letter. When they do not know the camp schedule, they cannot prepare the athlete.
Coach HQ is a visibility tool, not a management service. Coaches who use it are coaches who want to advise their athletes better. It does not replace the coach's relationship with the athlete or the family — it gives that relationship better information to work with.
